Our Returns Policy
Our return policy is prepared in accordance with the distance sales agreement and is detailed in the relevant section of the user order contract.

You can create a return request for your order by sending the order code to vivereselections@gmail.com

Return Process Information
Once your return request is approved, a return address where you can create your return shipment will be provided to you within 2 business days.
After your return shipment reaches the specified address, it will be reviewed for compliance with the terms outlined in the Distance Sales Agreement. If the conditions are met, your refund will be processed and sent to the payment method you used.
If your return does not meet the conditions of the Distance Sales Agreement, your return request will be declined, and the product will be shipped back to you.

Return Shipment Packaging Information
To ensure that your shipment is not damaged during transportation, you must carefully package it using the storage and shipping box provided to you, and deliver it to the shipping company in this condition.
If the return shipment is inadequately packaged and gets damaged during transportation, the responsibility for such damage will lie with the recipient, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.

Return Shipment Information
You can send your return shipment to the return address provided to you via email using any shipping company of your choice.
The shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the buyer.

My order has arrived; is it possible to make a product exchange?
If your order was not custom-made for your measurements and is in undamaged condition, yes, we can process an exchange, provided you cover the shipping costs. To request an exchange, please send a support email to vivereselections@gmail.com.
