1st METHOD (Diameter)

If you already have a ring that fits the finger for which you’re buying a new ring, follow these steps:

• Take the ring and place it on a flat surface.
• Find a ruler with millimeter (mm) measurements.
• Measure the inner diameter of the ring by laying it flat and measuring from one edge to the other across the center.
• Avoid including the metal edges of the ring in your measurement.
• Make sure you are measuring the widest part of the ring's inner circle.
• Note down the measurement in millimeters.
• Refer to the chart below and write the corresponding ring size for the diameter in the order form.

2nd METHOD (Circumference)

If you do not have a ring for the desired finger, you can measure the finger directly as follows:

• Take a piece of string or a strip of paper.
• Wrap it around your finger, marking the point where the ends meet with a pen or pencil.
• Use a ruler with millimeter (mm) measurements to measure the length of the string or paper up to the marked point.
• This measurement will give you the circumference of your finger.
• Refer to the chart below and write the corresponding ring size for the circumference in the order form.

d) Contracts for the delivery of goods with protective features such as packaging, tape, seal, or package, which are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

e) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

f) Contracts for goods delivered in physical form such as books, digital content, or computer consumables, where the protective elements like packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.

g) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding subscriptions.

h) Contracts related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rentals, food and beverage supply, or leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period, where services are to be rendered without modification.

i) Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

j) Contracts for services that have begun execution with the explicit consent of the consumer before the right of withdrawal period expires, particularly where hygiene concerns are involved.

k) Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Zone due to the BUYER's provision of an overseas delivery address are not eligible for return.
